We are extended scope physiotherapists
At Stafford Physio we have extended our physiotherapy qualifications at a masters level. This enables us to be able to prescribe prescription only medication and administer Joint Injections - Steroid injections or Hyaluronic acid injections
No one likes taking medication or having steroid injections and the vast majority of the time we can provide treatment options that will reduce pain without the need of either medication or Steroid injections. However, there are times when a short course of pain relief can be a significant help. Steroid injections can provide quick and effective resolution to your pain. We are currently the only local physiotherapy clinic with the qualifications to be able to provide this service.
