Russell Shill is an experienced Extended Scope Physiotherapist, originally from Stroud, Gloucestershire, whose journey into the field began with his personal training work at Forest Green Rovers Football Club. As a keen sportsman with firsthand experience of injuries, he discovered his passion for physiotherapy and pursued it at Keele University, graduating in 2007.
Since then, Russell has advanced his expertise with numerous postgraduate qualifications, including Injection Therapy, Independent Prescribing, and specialised courses in ultrasound-guided injections and manipulation therapy.
When not in clinic he is either a 'Dad Taxi', for his two children, riding his bike, walking/running with his dog or behind a BBQ.

Michael Bentley works with patients at Stafford Physio on a self-employed basis. He is a Senior Physiotherapist with a strong academic foundation and a passion for sports and exercise. He holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Keele University, graduating in 2022, and an undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science, which has shaped his evidence-based and performance-focused approach to rehabilitation.
With a deep understanding of biomechanics, athletic performance, and injury prevention, Mike brings a specialist perspective to musculoskeletal care, particularly in sports-related injuries. His clinical interests lie in helping both amateur and elite athletes recover from injury, optimise movement, and return to peak condition safely and effectively.
Dedicated, personable, and highly knowledgeable, Mike combines the latest clinical research with practical experience to deliver tailored rehabilitation programmes. He is committed to supporting patients in achieving their goals—whether it’s returning to sport, improving fitness, or managing long-term conditions through exercise..

Olivia works with patients at Stafford Physio on a self-employed basis. She brings a dynamic, international perspective .
Graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Sheffield Hallam University in 2012—following a science foundation degree from the University of Huddersfield in 2009—Olivia has since built a strong reputation for her hands-on, person-centred care. A specialist in sports massage and injury rehabilitation, she first honed her massage skills in an Austrian ski resort and has gone on to work with elite sporting teams including Great Britain U18 Volleyball, New Zealand Women’s Volleyball, and Wellington Pride Rugby.
Olivia’s clinical style is modern, evidence-based, and tailored to the individual. She combines expert manual therapy with targeted exercise prescription and education to help clients recover quickly and confidently. Her extensive postgraduate training includes dry needling, Mulligan’s techniques, concussion management, and a FIFA diploma in football medicine—giving her a comprehensive toolbox to support people from all walks of life.
Outside the clinic, Olivia is an accomplished athlete who has represented both Wellington Masters and New Zealand Masters hockey teams on the international stage. She recently competed in the Masters World Cup in South Africa and will travel to Australia for the Trans-Tasman tournament in 2025. She also enjoys biking, surfing, and anything outdoors—bringing the same energy and enthusiasm into her clinical practice.

Born in America, Stephanie Holleck has built a diverse and extensive career in the NHS, where she has honed her skills and expertise. Now specialising in paediatric physiotherapy, Stephanie’s true passion lies in helping children overcome physical challenges, supporting them in reaching their full potential. Her dedication to improving the lives of young patients makes her stand out in her field.
In addition to her professional life, Stephanie is a mother of two and an avid runner, with a strong enthusiasm for general fitness. Her active lifestyle and compassionate nature are reflected in her holistic approach to physiotherapy, where she strives to deliver the best care for every child she treats..
